Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 12 hour minimum notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. A $50 deposit is required for all sessions and the remaining balance is due at time of service.  If you cannot provide a 12-hour notice, it will result in a non refundable deposit of $50.
By booking your session, you agree to provide a 12 hour notice of a cancellation or change in appointment time, or you will forfeit your treatment at a non refundable cost of $50. All prepaid sessions will result in loss of session without 12 hour notice. Thank you so kindly.
